And thus was my Thanksgiving adventure.

So, the turkey was cooking and my uncle opened the oven to check the temperature, fire alarm goes off because some smoke came out of the oven.

I'm sitting upstairs with my sweater tied around my ears trying to block out the sound.

After about five minutes it stops, we check the turkey, they go AGAIN so I attack the smoke detectors with a bandanna, trying to clear the smoke. It stops.

AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW? When we check the turkey again...THE FREAKIN' SMOKE DETECTORS GO OFF! Ahem... once more I go into battle with my bandanna.

The turkey was excellent by the way.


This morning I toast a bagel, the bagel gets burnt...guess what happens...


....

....

Give up yet?

On less frustrated note...I just ate some ice cream and it tasted rather good.

HEY! I've decided to take this on! found it on 's page!
