He looks very magestic. :3 I like how you did the anatomy of the head, wings, and smoothness of the tail.
The only thing that slightly seems a little strange are his forelegs. They seem to look like tree trunks. If you want to hide the feet, it's important to show the muscles, otherwise it'll defeat the realism of it.
But, otherwise, beautiful work on the background and choice of cool colours, as well as the detailing on Saevus' jaw and throat.
